In the investigation of Chinese education graduates in our department from 20xx to 20xx, our department issued 400 copies of Comprehensive Evaluation of Chinese Education Graduates by Employers, and recovered 3 12 copies. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and listening to the report of the leaders of the employer, the evaluation of the graduates of Chinese education in our department is generally high, and the employer is also satisfied.
However, in view of the fact that the graduates majoring in Chinese language education in our department have not worked for a long time, and even most of the graduates who have passed the recruitment examination have not been finalized, the school leaders cannot give a more accurate evaluation. We feel that they only give our graduates a high evaluation out of respect or encouragement.
Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of the graduates majoring in Chinese education in Longnan Normal University we collected can't really reflect the evaluation of our graduates by employers, and it has little reference value. The only thing that can reflect the quality of graduates in our department is the number of students enrolled in various places and the examination results. Specific performance in the following aspects.
(1) The recruitment effect is good. In all kinds of employment examinations, most graduates of our department have satisfactory test scores, and compared with graduates of other similar institutions, they are among the best in both enrollment scale and test scores.
At the time of our investigation, except Dingxi City, other cities and counties did not provide information such as the actual number of applicants in colleges and universities, so we could not compare the online admission rate of colleges and universities, only the admission number and test scores of colleges and universities. As can be seen from the above data, our graduates have solid basic knowledge and obvious competitive advantages in recruitment.
② Excellent evaluation of teachers' morality and style. According to the school leaders, most graduates of our department can come to work on time and show their love for hard-won work. After they took up their jobs in education, especially in remote rural schools, they were basically able to work with peace of mind, obey the arrangement of school leaders, take the initiative in their work, and consult school leaders and old teachers with an open mind when encountering problems. School leaders believe that their arrival has "injected fresh blood" into the school and is very popular.
③ The basic quality of teaching is high. Graduates of our department can basically adapt to the education and teaching life of the school and quickly enter the role when they enter rural schools. Although school leaders can't fully take care of students' majors in work distribution, they will arrange any work if they lack any teachers.
But our graduates are basically able to accept and be competent for the assigned work. If they can't go to school, they will humbly ask the old teachers for advice, which shows that their teaching attitude is serious, their knowledge structure is basically comprehensive and their teaching professional level is good. From this point of view, our department has achieved fruitful results in the teaching of students' basic knowledge and training of basic skills, especially in the training of students' basic skills in education and teaching.
However, there are individual problems of individual graduates, which the employer is very disgusted with, mainly in the following aspects:
First, personal dress is beneath the teacher's status, girls are too exposed, boys have long hair or shaved their heads, especially boys and girls sneaking around on campus, which affects primary school students;
Second, individual graduates' teaching attitude is not rigorous enough, they are late and leave early at will, they don't attend classes according to the syllabus, they teach casually, and they can't accept criticism sincerely.
