What are the disadvantages of involution?
Involution means great competition. As a social phenomenon, it is a double-edged sword with the following advantages and disadvantages:

First, interests.

1, the inner volume can cultivate our college students' competitive consciousness and objectively promote students' independent study and efforts.

2. The involution is conducive to cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of our college students, so that students can establish the evolutionary consciousness of "natural selection, survival of the fittest".

3. The inner volume can improve the academic level of the whole college students. Because when everyone in the group is working hard, this group must be very level.

4. The inner volume can maximize the development of college students' potential. If there is no chapter, everyone will not spend more time studying and improving, and be content with the status quo. With inner pages, college students will have the motivation to continue and continue their studies.

Second, shortcomings.

1, involution, is generally used to describe excessive competition in a certain field, which leads people to enter a state of mutual struggle and internal friction. Broadly speaking, involution is meaningless consumption.

2. We need to distinguish the three concepts of involution, effort and competition: effort is different from involution, and its contribution is positively related to its income. Competition is the psychological needs and behavioral activities that individuals or groups try to surpass or overwhelm each other. In employment, involution shows that job seekers have to spend more unnecessary costs to compete for limited positions, which is excessive competition through ineffective efforts.

3. The influence of involution on employment is mainly divided into three aspects: the influence on job seekers, the influence on interest groups represented by employers and the influence on the employment market atmosphere.

First, involution has brought more burden to job seekers, which makes them have to make ineffective efforts for limited positions, causing unnecessary psychological and physical consumption of job seekers, and unable to obtain corresponding benefits from the consumption. For example, when a group of people compete for several chef positions, there is involution.

Some of them got the syndrome of senior chef, and in order to gain an advantage in the competition, they also took nutritionist certificates at all levels and even took IELTS TOEFL. In this example, these people don't actually need a certificate other than the chef's certificate, but they still pay various costs to get the certificate of this position, which is a typical internal friction.

Second, for interest groups represented by employers, the comprehensive ability of the people they hire seems stronger under involution, but what they really need is still the job-related ability, and other abilities of employees can't create value for them.

Thirdly, for the atmosphere of the job market, the depression brought by involution on the one hand makes some people have to join in it, on the other hand, it also makes some people join the trend of the times. The dilemma of self-friction and self-abandonment also makes young people who are about to enter the society have negative emotions about employment, which is even more unfavorable for future development.

Of these three influences, only the employed seem to gain something: more skills, more subtle knowledge reserves and so on. And their comprehensive ability may become stronger, and they may have more career choices in the future.

But we should consider people's wishes. First of all, people don't necessarily like these things because of involution. The process of involution stifles people's passion. Second, they didn't really master them. Finally, they may not know how to use it.
