After receiving the license, the training institution engraves the seal, organizes the legal person registration at the District Personnel Bureau or the Community Office of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, handles the legal person registration at the District Technical Supervision Bureau, opens an account at the bank, and handles the tax registration at the District Local Taxation Bureau. The training institution shall report the engraved style, bank and account number to the social management department of the District Education Commission for the record.
Nine, approved the establishment of the training institutions have a one-year probation period, after the expiration of the probation period, after examination, the training institutions have lowered the conditions for running schools, and have not met the conditions for running schools, the qualifications for running schools will be cancelled, and the school license will be recovered by the District Education Commission.
