As an agronomist, I undertake the important responsibilities of technical service guidance and field production practice of field crop cultivation in the county, and my service targets are rural areas, farmers and agriculture.

The key point is to solve the technical activities of the main crops in the county, including wheat, corn, rice, peanuts and other crops from planting to harvesting. It can be said that the task is heavy and the responsibility is great, which is related to the overall situation of agricultural efficiency, farmers' income increase and rural economic development.

Second, study hard.

Agricultural production, especially the planting of crops, involves soil and fertilizer, agrometeorology, pest control, the application of agricultural machinery and related agricultural laws and regulations, and is a systematic project. As an agronomist, I will be a technician, which requires a more solid specialty, basic knowledge and corresponding policy and theoretical level.

Therefore, we should strengthen our own study of agricultural knowledge, often work with agronomists to master, discover and solve technical problems in field production, and enhance our comprehensive quality, so as to better perform our duties.

Third, love and be dedicated.

My job responsibilities require direct contact with farmland, crops and farmers, which is also the main battlefield of my work. In the production work, we will face wind and rain, severe winter and heat, and we will have to eat, live and work with farmers. We will encounter many difficulties and problems in our work.

But as an agronomist, I am well aware of my workload, and I must have the idea of loving and doing agriculture and the confidence of unrealistic difficulties. At the same time, I am also happy to work in agriculture. After all, agriculture is a basic industry, and when agriculture is prosperous, the country will prosper.

Fourth, work hard.

According to the arrangement of leaders' instructions, combined with different production seasons, we should go deep into the production line, carry out production practice, find and summarize the problems in the process of crop growth and advanced cultivation techniques, and solve the problems existing in production in time, such as inappropriate sowing date, unreasonable fertilization, untimely prevention and control of pests and diseases, and abuse of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
