First, the object and scope of continuing education
Persons who hold the Qualification Certificate of Zhejiang Construction Professional Management Post issued by our office in 2006 (who have passed the 20 10 continuing education and passed the examination) or 20 10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Post Certificate"), in which the male age is not more than 60 years old and the female age is not more than 55 years old, and the post scope includes builder, quality inspector, material engineer and so on.
The safety officer is not included in the scope of continuing education this time, and the certificate will remain valid until further notice.
Second, the content and time of continuing education
1. Training content: mandatory provisions on quality and safety of engineering construction, case analysis of engineering accidents, laws and regulations on labor contracts. For relevant contents, please refer to the Textbook of Continuing Education and Training for Site Managers of Engineering Construction in Zhejiang Province, compiled by the Provincial Construction Human Resources Management Association. Arrange 24 hours of training and assessment;
2. Training time: Continuing education, assessment and registration will be conducted in stages. This year's plan is divided into four stages: the first stage will start in late June and the last stage will end in August. The specific time will be announced separately. The fourth training takes the form of batch training, batch examination and batch declaration (please indicate the specific training batch in the remarks column of the Summary of Registration Personnel for Renewal of Qualification Certificates of Construction Professional Management Posts in Zhejiang Province). No more batches will be added after the end, please do the relevant registration work in time.
Three. Training registration and fees
1. The applicant shall fill in the Registration Form for the Renewal of Qualification Certificate for Management Post of Construction Specialty in Zhejiang Province, and require the employer to affix the official seal, and submit the copy of the post certificate and the copy of the holder (which can be copied on the back of the registration form);
2. All units will fill in the Summary of Registration Personnel for the Renewal of Qualification Certificates for Professional Management Posts in Zhejiang Province with the summarized personnel information;
Schedules 1 and 2 can be downloaded from the website of Huzhou Construction Training Center (www.hzjspx.com), and the above materials are submitted by all units to the Academic Affairs Office of Huzhou Construction Training Center. Schedule 2 shall be submitted in written and electronic form (Excel format). Holders who have no labor relations should fill in the registration form of continuing education and directly submit the registration form and a copy of the certificate to the training center.
Four. Certificate registration
After passing the training and examination, the label "20 14 Annual Continuing Education Inspection Qualified" shall be affixed to the original certificate, and the label shall be affixed to the column "Verification of Continuing Education Examination" of the certificate. 1. The continuing education and registration of management personnel on the construction site shall be conducted once every three years. If the trainees have participated in the continuing education of post certificate in 20 12 or 20 13, they only need to fill in the information of annual inspection certificate this year, and the holder does not need to participate in training and examination.
2. Employees with more than one post certificate can take part in a training, and their units can only report to the unit that signed the labor contract; If a person holds more than one certificate in the same post, he shall keep a valid certificate number.
3. Evaluation of continuing education
The eligibility criteria for continuing education assessment are: training results plus assessment results, and the total score of 80 points or above is qualified. Among them, the training score every half day (once) is10; The written test score divided by 2 is the assessment score (the written test is divided into 100 by open book). These two scores add up to the total score of the participants in this continuing education. The training leave time shall not exceed half a day at most (4 class hours), and the corresponding scores shall be deducted. If it exceeds, it will be regarded as a failure of continuing education.
