Suhomlinski's point of view: "-without the harmonious influence on people's whole psychological and spiritual life, development is impossible."

-Excerpt from Article 96 of Advice to Teachers.

I. Education Case xx, a student in our class, is very active in words and deeds. He doesn't listen to the teacher in class, and often talks to the students around him, which affects the class order. His desktop is very clean, he doesn't take textbooks and pens, and calls his friends after class, so he caught my attention as soon as he took over.

After a period of observation and contact, I learned that this student is very clever, but he doesn't like thinking, hates learning, disobeys the management of teachers and class cadres, is free and sloppy, runs from the back door of the classroom when he is not paying attention, often smokes, is late for class, never writes or lies in his homework, contradicts the teacher in English class and doesn't care if he fails the exam. This series of events made me realize that this student must be rescued as soon as possible.

Second, the problem analysis As the class teacher of xx, after careful investigation, I carefully analyzed and reflected on the reasons.

The reason why the student has moral problems is inseparable from the following factors.

1, related to family environment, the student was born in a wealthy family. Parents were very busy since childhood, but they didn't give him time and energy to discipline him. In particular, his father seldom goes home, and he usually has no time to ask about his life and study and let him develop. It can be said that the lack of good family education is the root of his bad conduct.

2, related to school education, because no one has been disciplined since childhood, and his conduct is relatively stubborn. After entering school, he often violated class discipline, bullied other students, and was unanimously rejected and ignored by teachers and classmates, which eventually led to his "broken pots and broken falls."

3. It is related to the social environment. No one at home is in charge, and no one at school is in charge. Finally, he turned his attention to society. Due to the lack of sufficient concept of right and wrong, this has further contributed to his stubbornness.

To sum up, there are three reasons, which eventually lead him to become a problem student with bad conduct and no desire to learn.

How to solve this student's problem? It should be said that this is a complicated and arduous task. After reading Sukhomlinski's advice to the teacher repeatedly, the 96th advice in this book inspired me a lot. After careful consideration, I took corresponding measures to actively transform this student.

III. Transformation measures 1. Tap the bright spot Although this student has many problems in his personality, everything has two sides. According to his lively and active characteristics and strong calling ability, I made him a sports member, and he immediately had a sense of mission. At least he has made great progress in physical education class and improved his self-discipline. Under his influence and drive, several boys who often play with him also converge a lot. I praised him deliberately at the class meeting and found a faint smile on his face. I think my first step succeeded. Through careful observation, I also understand the truth that timely and effective education cannot be separated from the keen and meticulous observation of the class teacher. If the head teacher wants to know everything about the students and do a good job of "educating people" successfully, he must be good at observing, have a pair of eyes that are good at discovering and be a conscientious person.

This student likes computers and has strong thinking ability. So I often exchange computer knowledge with him after class, and try to let him finish the problems he can finish in class. Whenever he answers correctly, we should praise and encourage him as much as possible, enhance his self-confidence, and constantly guide him to make progress.

Give students more care. I believe that love can create miracles and the power of love is great. For such a student, as teachers, we should not discriminate against him or ignore him;

On the contrary, we should give more love, more support and more attention in our study and life. This kind of love is the teacher's heartfelt love and sincere love for the students. This requires teachers to pay a hundred times of patience and care, and to be strict in their study and life in a loving way. I talked to him many times and communicated with him. I did this because I wanted him to talk about his feelings, such as his views on family and school classes. Let him realize from the bottom of his heart that schools and teachers care about him.

Relying on the collective strength As the saying goes, "Many hands make light work". As such a student, we should ask the students around us to help and support him. He will unconsciously feel the pressure of the group in the group with excellent grades, and under the strong learning atmosphere, it will increase his motivation to learn. To this end, I carefully divided him into study groups. In daily teaching, I guide him to regard other students in the group as role models rather than pressure, and always remind them to cherish the opportunity to learn in excellent groups. In order to keep pace with everyone, they have a sense of urgency and are more active in learning.

4. Home Visit Family education and school education complement each other and promote each other. In order to win the support and cooperation of my parents, I made many home visits. In view of the shortcomings of students, I have fully communicated with their parents, and put forward some specific requirements for these problems, and jointly formulated a set of "from poor to excellent" programs.

Many things happen. After my efforts, the student still has some problems, but compared with before, the progress can be said to be remarkable. For example, in terms of clothing, I am not as casual as before, and I also abide by discipline. Don't talk in class, don't desert, don't be late, don't leave early and finish your homework on time.

Especially in words and deeds, compared with before, it can be said that there have been earth-shaking changes. My English has also improved rapidly, and I have become fond of communicating with teachers. I made a progress of 20 in the final exam.

Case Understanding of verb (abbreviation of verb) Suhomlinski said: "-Development is impossible without harmonious influence on people's whole psychological and spiritual life". To reform a problem student, we must first change his concept, which is an extremely important and arduous task. As the saying goes, "it takes ten years to plant trees, but it takes a hundred years to cultivate people." Rome was not built in a day, which requires teachers to pay great love, patience and confidence. In the process of transforming this problem student, I have deep feelings:

From a macro perspective, as teachers and engineers of the human soul, we should pay sincere love in the process of treating every student. "Love every student" Whether you are a gifted student or a poor student, you should get the love and care you deserve. You shouldn't discriminate or ignore students because of their grades or behaviors. On the contrary, students with problems should be more concerned, supported, encouraged and transformed to enhance their sense of responsibility and cultivate their self-confidence.

From the microscopic point of view, in the transformation of students with specific problems, we should learn to use flexible and diverse educational methods to suit the remedy to the case;

It is necessary to unite various educational forces and resources and make joint efforts. When I was reforming student xx, I aimed at his own advantages, tapped his bright spots, and gave him strong support and encouragement. At the same time, using the strength of the class and parents, working together and exploring together, the student finally made great changes in his academic performance and behavior. I think this is the power of education!

"There is still a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will search for it." In my future educational career, I will be willing to pay more love, patience and confidence.
