Units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers shall be commended or rewarded by the people's governments at or above the county level or the administrative departments of education. For primary and secondary school teachers who have made outstanding achievements in continuing education, the education administrative department and the school where they are located shall commend and reward them, and give priority to the evaluation, employment and promotion of teachers' professional titles.
