I. Functions of the Education Bureau:
Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of important affairs, responsible for drafting the work plan of the Education Bureau, summarizing and synthesizing relevant written materials, and responsible for the organization and arrangement of party committees, executive meetings, director's office meetings, bureau-level important meetings and the supervision of matters agreed at the meetings.
Responsible for the supervision of important matters assigned by the superior departments and bureau leaders, organize and coordinate the summary reports of various target supervision issued by the target office, and be responsible for secretarial, confidential, archives, letters and visits, confidentiality, security, information and logistics management.
Responsible for the personnel management of the education system, teacher rotation, recognition and reward, personnel management system, teacher qualification identification, primary and secondary school establishment adjustment management and so on.
Responsible for the employment guidance of graduates from normal universities, directly manage the recruitment and employment flow procedures of the Education Bureau and the primary and secondary schools directly under it, manage the work of the Teacher Award Foundation, and be responsible for the work of intellectuals and experts in the education system.
Second, the development of the Education Bureau:
The Department of Higher Adult Vocational Education is responsible for managing, guiding and coordinating national vocational education, adult education and national higher education, drawing up development plans for vocational education and community education, and organizing and guiding their implementation.
Responsible for vocational education school enrollment and employment guidance, student status management, specialty setting and skill assessment and acceptance, jointly guide the education and teaching of vocational education schools with the Vocational Education Research Department of the National Research Institute, and guide and organize the implementation of national community education.
Third, the Education Bureau coordinates:
To co-ordinate the management of education funds in this department, and participate in the formulation of rules, regulations and measures on education fund raising, education loans, education fees, education infrastructure investment, etc.
Supervise the collection and use of education funds in all districts and counties, manage the capital and state-owned assets of national education capital construction and affiliated educational institutions in accordance with relevant regulations, and guide the work-study program and school-run industrial work within the national education system.
