Fourth, the present situation and disadvantages of school physical education teaching

(A) At present, the concept of physical education in some schools is out of date.

The teaching materials are not targeted, the investment in sports facilities is less, the teachers are not equipped enough, and the curriculum evaluation is too single and objective. Physical education teaching mainly focuses on basketball, football, aerobics and track and field, lacking pertinence. These projects can't serve students' future jobs. The teaching goal and teaching mode of physical education are the same as those of ordinary middle schools, which is completely divorced from the future career needs of higher vocational students. The development of these projects requires specific venues or equipment, which is not easy to achieve for their work later. Secondly, these contents do not prevent some occupational diseases in the future work, so it is difficult to achieve the purpose of preventing occupational diseases.

Fifth, suggestions on cultivating students' lifelong sports consciousness in school physical education.

(A) pay attention to lifelong sports awareness of physical education curriculum reform

School physical education is still dominated by physical education. The cultivation of lifelong physical education consciousness should start with the reform of physical education teaching, select practical physical education textbooks, increase the content of physical education theory courses that can benefit for life, improve the readability of physical education theory content, and help students learn independently, thus strengthening the effect of cultivating physical education consciousness. The reform of new physical education curriculum is an effective way to cultivate sports interest.
