Generally speaking, the laws of education are as follows.
(1) The law of coordinated development between education and society. Where there is human society, there is education, which is a unique phenomenon of human society. Social learning, socialization of education, education widely affects society, permeates all fields and corners. However, the socialization of education is more fully reflected in different meanings, and the concept of time and space of education is changing. In terms of space, there are family education, school education and social education, which are combined by educational technology and distance education. According to this law, teaching management should be oriented to economic construction and modernization. In the specific teaching management, we can't "do as much as we have money" or wait for money to do things, but we should actively carry out teaching management, use funds more reasonably and effectively, and gradually solve the problem of insufficient funds in the management process in the case of shortage of funds.
(3) The law of coordinated development of domestic education and international education. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the economy has been integrated into the world system, and education closely related to economic development has become more international. International educational cooperation and exchange has become an indispensable factor in the development of education. It is the requirement of the times and the law of objective development for China education to enter the world education field and carry out international cooperation and exchanges. In today's era, it is not feasible to improve the teaching level and enter the advanced ranks of the world without looking at the world. Therefore, teaching management should have a world vision and actively face the world.
(4) The law of students' harmonious development of body and mind. The physical and mental development of students refers to the development of students' physiology and psychology, and refers to the development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Only when students are developed in all aspects can their comprehensive quality be improved. Students at this level are not simply the sum of several aspects of development, but the comprehensive effect of several aspects of development. It is an objective law that several aspects promote each other and complement each other. This law requires teaching management to adapt to students' physical and mental development level on the one hand, and to promote students' physical and mental development on the other hand, especially to promote students' coordinated physical and mental development. We should not only attach importance to moral education, intellectual education and physical education, but also attach importance to students' mental health education. We should not only teach students the knowledge to improve their intelligence, but also teach them how to be a man and form excellent moral character, good psychological quality and sound physique.
(5) the law of coordinated development of school conditions. The fundamental measure of school development is to train more and better talents, but this development is the result of the coordinated development of various school conditions. The main conditions for running a school are: teachers, books and materials, teaching equipment (including instruments, school buildings, etc. ). The conditions for running a school need coordinated development. Without the corresponding material conditions, it is impossible to have a team of teachers with excellent quality, and without the corresponding teacher conditions, it is impossible to have certain teaching equipment. To manage teaching according to this law, it is necessary to coordinate the development of teaching staff construction and the improvement of teaching equipment, so that the two complement each other.
