1. The Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency is a law formulated to protect the physical and mental health of minors, cultivate their good conduct and effectively prevent juvenile delinquency.

2. Article 15 of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency: The state, society, schools and families should strengthen the education of socialist core values for minors, carry out crime prevention education, enhance the concept of the rule of law for minors, and enable minors to establish the awareness of obeying the law and preventing illegal crimes and improve their self-control ability.

3.
