1. Wenshuyuan
Manjusri temple was founded in the Sui Dynasty, mainly dedicated to Manjusri Bodhisattva, as can be seen from the name of his temple. As one of the most important temples in western Sichuan, it contains many precious cultural relics, tens of thousands of Buddhist scriptures and collections, as well as many famous paintings and so on. Moreover, what is very distinctive here is that the building is all wood, which shows the strong strength of the craftsmen before.
If a temple can show its depth, Wen Shu Academy really shows it incisively and vividly. Inside, the outer body of a pagoda is made of diamond sutra, which looks like a painting from a distance, but you can see it is a pagoda when you get closer. There are also scriptures written by monks in the Qing dynasty with the blood of their tongues and so on.
From books, paintings to special buildings, it is not difficult to see that this place is full of profound learning culture and takes academics seriously. If you come here for a walk, you will grow up.
By the way, if you come to Wenshuyuan, you must remember to visit it again, because there are many delicious foods near Wenshuyuan, such as court cakes and so on. Only by eating them one by one can we really count as having been to Wenshu Hospital.
2. Qufu Confucius Temple
Confucius was an educator in ancient China, and his thoughts have a far-reaching impact on our education and thoughts today. At the same time, China has opened Confucius Institutes all over the world to spread our China culture and Chinese character culture. In a word, he symbolizes education and learning. If he is in a bad state before the exam, he might as well take a walk here and feel the baptism of education.
A must-see place here is Dacheng Hall, which is the tallest building here. Known as the three halls of China, we can see the grandeur of its architecture. The statue of Confucius in the hall is in the center, surrounded by 26 statues, large and small. Walking into the shrine not only expresses your admiration for him, but also feels that education has occupied an important position since ancient times.
Among them, there is also a mural worth seeing. Here is a stone statue with all relevant portraits and materials, which tells his life in detail and provides us with a channel for understanding and research. This is a very precious collection.
If you want to study hard, you must go to the Confucius Temple. The Confucian culture here is very strong, and it is a place where many students will worship. I met a father some time ago, explaining that I took my children to the Confucius Temple in Shandong Province in the summer vacation last year to experience Confucian culture and cultivate their sentiments. Visiting the Confucius Temple seems to be an item that many new generation parents think their children must take part in in their lives. Compared with foreign culture, the traditional culture of one's own country should be taught to children.
If you have children studying at home, or you are studying yourself, you can visit these places and feel the orthodox culture of our country. This is our culture.
