In 2003. 1965 proposed to shorten the school system and change the primary school system from six years to five years. The national primary schools were reformed one after another until around 1978, and some educational systems were restored to before 1965. However, due to school buildings, teachers and other reasons, various educational systems coexist, even in a province, the educational system is not uniform. In 2003, the country promoted the new curriculum reform as a whole and forced the unification of the academic system. Most parts of the country implement the 633 academic system, but some schools still implement the 543 academic system.
