In line with the national, provincial and municipal policies on preferential education for children of military personnel, children of cadres of troops stationed in Hangzhou, children of martyrs' families and disabled children should be given priority when they enter the park where their household registration is located.
Equal treatment for children of high-level talents
Children of returned overseas students studying in Hangzhou, children of returned overseas Chinese, children of foreign Chinese, and accompanying children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who hold the Residence Permit for Talents in Hangzhou, the Invited Expert Certificate in Hangzhou or the Residence Permit for Overseas High-level Talents in Zhejiang Province as a Development Zone enjoy the same treatment as children of local residents.
Recruitment of children of migrant workers
For eligible children of migrant workers who hold the real estate license of the education service area, public kindergartens will recruit some children into the park according to the length of their parents' working years in the development zone, provided that there is room for recruiting registered children.
