The first part: the feeling after reading.
Reading the book Rewind+:Turning Experience into Ability stems from seeing Ding Bu shout out in the book tide group ten days ago that the theme of the 27th and last activity of this year's book tide is Rewind. I am glad to have such a meaningful theme activity to participate in on the last night of 20 19, so I will naturally buy books first.
The feeling of reading is mixed. First of all, rewinding is a good way to learn, through which you can learn from yourself. For myself, learning is always on the road. Sadly, however, it is silly to realize that in your own work environment, it is foolish to expect the team to make a comeback. Then, start from yourself and make a personal comeback. Contrast a look, but it is surprised out in a sweat. Over the past year, I have lived as I please, without setting any goals and plans, and it is difficult to really make a comeback. After reading the whole book, I feel that the answer is still biased towards enterprise management. There are many concepts, processes, models and cases, and it should still be rewarding to read it carefully. Let's try to give a brief introduction from what we have seen and our reading experience.
What is a duplicate quotation? "Re-playing" was originally a Weiqi term, meaning that after a chess game, the player "played" a chess game to see where he played well, where he played badly, where he could use different methods and so on. Used in enterprise management, recovery refers to learning from past experience and practical work to help managers effectively sum up experience, enhance their ability and improve their performance. Why learn to repeat? In the era of VUCA, both individuals and organizations need to learn faster and more effectively. Copying is a structured method of learning from experience, which is easy to learn and use.
In terms of application, the author writes from four types: personal recovery, team recovery, project recovery and management, and strategy recovery, which roughly corresponds to what Confucius said: "cultivate one's morality, keep the family in order, govern the country, and level the world." Talk about personal recovery. Personal recovery is suitable for individuals to reflect on their personal experiences/events and projects, so as to enhance their leadership, professionalism and execution. It is often informal and can be done anytime, anywhere. Re-examination is an effective way to improve ability. According to the recognized "70:20: 10" talent training law in the field of learning and development, the most important source of adult learning is on-the-job work practice (about 70%). As a method of learning from work experience, re-examination is undoubtedly of great significance to us. Individuals can reply to new things, important things, valuable things and unexpected things, and make improvements and remedies through replies. Personal attention: 1, be honest with yourself; 2. "Rigid first, then optimized"; 3. Record the main points and review regularly to remind yourself; 4. Keep an open mind and avoid "experience trap"; 5. Habit becomes nature.
In this chapter, the author analyzes the after-the-fact review of the US military, which is divided into informal after-the-fact review and formal after-the-fact review. The general steps of the resumption are as follows: review and evaluation; Analysis and reflection; Extraction, refining, transformation and application. The tools and methods that can be used in the analysis and reflection stage are: brainstorming, five whys, fishbone diagram, "thinking compass" and so on. In the transformation and application stage, it is emphasized that in order to make the resumption of production really work, we must pay attention to the controllable range, the success of solidification and the lack of improvement, and consider two ideas of follow-up measures (three aspects need to be considered: what to start; What to continue doing; What to stop doing).
The responsibilities of the tutor in team resumption include: 1, creating and maintaining a trusting, open, objective and innovative dialogue environment, and managing interpersonal interaction among team members; 2. Adhere to the principles of objectivity and neutrality; 3. Believe in the strength of the team, promote everyone's input and reference, and believe that team members have the ability and willingness to do things well, make better decisions than others, and realize the synergistic effect of "1+ 1 > 2"; 4. Preside over the meeting and manage the process of the meeting, but they are not necessarily experts in content, do not provide answers, and do not judge the results or conclusions of the meeting. Seeing this paragraph, I naturally thought of the leading role of resource-oriented group psychological counseling, and the content was similar.
In this chapter, the author expounds the 25 "pits" of the resumption, and summarizes three core skills (resumption guidance, systematic thinking, and knowledge extraction) and three aspects, 65,438+02 key success factors (resumption participants: 65,438+0, open mind, and full commitment; Trust each other and regard each other as partners; Listen deeply, advocate and ask effectively. Resume instructor: 1, building/shelter; 2. Pay attention to the process; 3. remain neutral; 4. Promote participation. Organizational environment: 1, interpersonal norms; 2. Organizational culture; 3. Leadership behavior. )
I was deeply impressed by the open mind mentioned in the book. The so-called open mind refers to not presupposing a position, being willing to accept different viewpoints and opinions and rejoicing, not thinking that one's conclusion is unchallengeable, and not strongly refuting different viewpoints. Modesty is a prerequisite for learning. In order to produce learning through re-examination, each participant should keep an open mind, be single-minded, dedicated and devoted. In fact, an open mind is so important in the resumption, but isn't it so important to promote the growth of each of us in our daily work and life?
Part II: Personal reply
Learning and volunteer service activities from my own 20 19 (after work) will be repeated separately.
First, study.
Off-the-job training content: Fang Chu's painting course lasts for 3 days, intention monitoring for 3 days, psychological science lecturer for 3 days, volunteer recruitment and retraining for 2 days, sorting and storage for 2 days, life and death squad leader 1 day, and fire theft class for 3 days. Total full-time training 17 days.
Participate in the online course content: sugar psychology: Irvin Yalom case video class; Su Xiaobo studies at night. Kaiser psychology: emotional focus therapy class; Shi's film psychology class; Exchange class for adolescent children; Free writing class; Somatosensory trauma treatment and so on.
The original intention of learning is to further broaden one's knowledge, accumulate more practical experience in psychological counseling and teaching, and enrich one's spare time.
Highlights: Experience new courses, accumulate new materials and enrich your heart. Subjective factors: positive and open mind, the concept of lifelong learning. Objective factors: having spare time and family support.
Insufficient: The learning content is somewhat indigestion, and I haven't really mastered it. Some online courses did not complete the task of attending lectures in time, and there was a delay. Learn more and practice less. Subjective factors: casual, only willing to enjoy the fun in the process, rarely looking back at the results. Objective factors: sufficient disposable time, wanton waste.
Experience refining: you should not be greedy in enrolling in courses, but choose and choose carefully.
Class record: Some classes are too late to listen to, which exceeds the lecture time and loses the learning opportunity.
Remedy: act quickly and finish the rest of the course as soon as possible. If you have a long memory, don't be greedy. You need to think twice when you report to class in the future.
Second, voluntary service.
Purpose of the activity: to meet personal growth needs, improve oneself, help others and realize self-worth through service.
Goal: Through voluntary service, gain more experience, precipitate yourself and help some people who really need help.
Actual results: Participated in and completed volunteer service projects such as spiritual navigation, 12355, hand in hand, etc. From 20/kloc to 0/9, I participated in five public welfare classes, such as parent-child communication and life education. Participated in 12355 online and offline psychological counseling for about 20 times, participated in hospice care volunteer service for about 40 times, conducted community psychological counseling for 6 times, and visited schizophrenia patients and their families for 5 times.
Highlights: keep an open and relaxed attitude and insist on volunteering for multiple projects; Participate in supervision and seek help in time; Accompany customers, guide them to discover more possibilities of their lifestyle, give necessary support to families and help them develop in a more comfortable direction. Subjective factors: positive and open mind, a kind heart. Objective factors: support from family and platform organizers, recognition and praise from customers.
Disadvantages: less psychological counseling, less personal reflection at work, and lack of backbone and leading role in hospice volunteer service. Subjective factors: lack of clear goals and plans in the early stage, lack of awareness of summing up and reflecting in the process, and often content with the status quo. Objective factors: the organizers are poorly managed and lack of support.
Experience refining: Clear goals and plans to make yourself more directional in volunteer service.
Lesson record: multiple projects serve at the same time, and sometimes there will be time conflicts, which can't guarantee full attendance.
Remedial measures: appropriately adjust the participation of volunteer service projects to improve professional ability and service effectiveness.
