Caiyun Class in the Central School of Hedong District, Sanya City is the basic organization of school education and teaching, and the most basic organizational form for teachers and students to carry out activities. School teaching and ideological and moral education are mainly carried out through classes. Therefore, strengthening class management and forming a good style of study are the key links to complete the task of school education and teaching. How to strengthen class management and form a good class atmosphere is a subject worth exploring. According to my twenty years' experience as a class teacher, I'll talk about my own experience. First, strengthening students' ideological and moral education is the basis for strengthening class management and forming a good style of study. Ideological and moral education for students is not only the main task of class teachers, but also the focus of their work. The school's ideological and moral education is mainly carried out by the class teacher. The improvement of students' ideological and moral character can only be guaranteed by strengthening class management and forming a good class spirit and style of study. To this end, I have mainly done the following work: (1) Teaching ideological and moral lessons in combination with students' reality, making the ideological and moral lessons lively and easy for students to understand and accept. (2) Explain the primary code to students through class meetings and morning meetings, so that students can understand the significance and requirements of the code, supervise and inspect students' implementation of the code, and cultivate students' habit of consciously observing discipline and the spirit of fighting against violations. (3) Guide students to read newspapers, hold current affairs reports, help students understand world events, broaden their horizons, make clear the direction, correct their learning attitude, and set up lofty ideals. (four) make full use of spare time and holidays, organize students to participate in necessary and meaningful social welfare activities, so that students can receive beneficial education in body and mind. Second, carefully organizing and cultivating class collectives is the key to strengthening class management and forming a good class spirit. Ideological and moral education is carried out in and through the collective, and class collective is an important means of ideological and moral education. Once an excellent class group is established, a good class spirit and style of study will naturally form. How to organize and cultivate the class collective, my approach is: first, set a common goal for the class collective, which is the condition for the formation of the class collective and the driving force for progress. When setting goals, combine strengths and weaknesses to learn from each other. First put forward a short-term goal that can be achieved through everyone's efforts, and put forward new goals immediately after the goal is achieved, so that students can always be encouraged and spurred by the new goals, keep the upward trend, and not only forge ahead towards long-term goals. Secondly, carefully select a few activists who can unite students, care about the collective, work hard, have the ability of organization and leadership, and are willing to serve students, so that students can take care of themselves and do their own things. The head teacher only needs to lead and guide them from the side. At the same time, class cadres are required to firmly establish the idea of serving their classmates, set an example and play an exemplary role everywhere. Third, establish the correct public opinion orientation and excellent class spirit of the class teacher. Correct public opinion is not only the strength to consolidate the class spirit, but also an important means for students to educate themselves. Excellent class spirit and tradition have a strong educational effect on students. Therefore, I often pay attention to the class style public opinion; Through praise and criticism, consciously cultivate correct public opinion, correct some bad signs in time, and prevent their spread; Educate students to carry out criticism and self-criticism, suppress evil and promote good; Cultivate a good class spirit of helping each other and being diligent and eager to learn, and form a fine tradition of stressing hygiene and respecting teachers, so that students can receive education in a good environment. Fourth, organize class groups to carry out educational activities regularly. Common activities are the life of the collective, and the class collective can only consolidate and advance in carrying out collective activities. To this end, on the one hand, I carefully organize students to participate in the most frequent class activities-teaching activities, on the other hand, I actively organize class meeting activities, and at the same time consciously carry out colorful extracurricular activities so that students can be educated in group activities. Third, educating students to study hard, learn to be a man and improve their grades is the central task of strengthening class management and forming a good style of study. Learning to be a man, learning is the main task of students, and improving the academic performance of the whole class is the important responsibility of the class teacher. Teaching activities are the most common activities in the class. Only by comprehensively improving the academic performance of the whole class can a good class style of study be formed. To this end, I mainly strengthen the following work: First, focus on educating students to learn to be human and learn the purpose of learning. The purpose of learning is the intrinsic motivation of students' learning. In order to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, I pay attention to inspiring, infecting and inspiring students with typical examples such as the great achievements of the motherland's construction, the advanced deeds of British model figures and the stories of celebrities at home and abroad, so that they can have clear goals, set up the image of learning role models, study hard, overcome difficulties and bravely climb the peak of culture and science. The second is to cultivate students' interest in learning, which is also the internal motivation of students' learning. In view of the strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge of primary school students. I pay attention to discovering, guiding and cultivating students' interest in learning and stimulating their curiosity; Introduce knowledge and interesting books to students consciously, ask students questions that need to be considered, let students think and seek answers, thus cultivating students' interest in learning. Third, pay attention to cultivating students' will to study hard and perseverance to overcome difficulties. By educating students to abide by the study discipline, finish their homework on time and carefully, and form the habit of being diligent and eager to learn; Encourage students to overcome learning difficulties, think independently, solve difficult problems, and avoid the bad habit of relying on others (classmates and parents); Carefully create some difficult problems, so that students with strong ability can complete their tasks through their own efforts, have a sense of victory, and improve their perseverance to overcome greater difficulties. The fourth is to guide students to master learning methods, allocate learning time scientifically and stress learning efficiency. Form or exchange learning experiences through class meetings, wall newspapers, exhibitions, seminars and other forms, learn from each other and improve together. Fifth, strengthen communication with class teachers and parents, and make joint efforts to form a joint educational force. By holding teachers' meetings, parents' meetings and home visits, we can exchange students' learning situation with teachers and parents, understand students' needs, unify the requirements for students, and jointly study solutions. Fourth, do a good job in individual education and effectively transform poor students, which is an indispensable part of strengthening class management and forming a good class atmosphere. It is the requirement of the party's educational policy to cultivate new people with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and it is our ideal goal to make the whole class develop in an all-round and balanced way. Because there are individual differences among students, both excellent students and poor students, the class teacher must pay attention to transforming the education of some poor students, so as to truly form a good class spirit and style of study. How to transform poor students, my approach is: first, the class teacher should have a correct attitude towards the education of poor students, not discriminating ideologically, not resenting emotionally, and not being violent in attitude. He should understand and analyze the causes of his problems like a patient, prescribe the right medicine and take good care of them. Second, we should treat underachievers in a two-pronged way, not only to see their shortcomings, but also to be good at discovering their bright spots, caring for and carefully cultivating his self-esteem and self-confidence, so that he can summon up courage in life and study. Third, the education of poor students should not only rely on preaching, but also pay attention to art. We should put him in a group and design a specific situation for him to guide him to find and overcome his shortcomings in collective activities. When he makes progress, praise and consolidate it in time. Fourth, when carrying out group activities, we should be good at observing and discovering the performance and changes of each student in group activities, guide him to develop in a good direction according to the situation, and restrain him from sliding in a bad direction. Fifth, individual education should be combined with collective activities to find individuality in commonness, promote commonness through developing individuality, and then influence individuality through commonness to achieve common development. In short, as long as class management is effectively strengthened, students' ideological and moral quality is improved, class collectives are trained, poor students are transformed, and students' academic performance is comprehensively improved, a good class style and style of study will be formed, the healthy development of education and teaching will be promoted, and school education will be transformed from exam-oriented education to quality education.
