(A) enrollment targets

1. In accordance with the principle of "relatively nearby, free of entrance examination", we will continue to implement the counterpart admission method, make overall plans and make reasonable arrangements, and each school will only enjoy one counterpart admission opportunity in the same school within five years (except for multiple births, second births and third births). The number of primary school classes does not exceed 45.

2. For school-age children with the same household registration (immediate family members or children themselves) and household registration (immediate family members or children themselves) in this district, when the number of applicants does not exceed the enrollment quota of counterpart schools, arrange for admission to the nearest school; When the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment quota of counterpart schools, enrollment will be arranged according to the length of household registration, and the part that exceeds the quota will be arranged as a whole in the region.

3. If school-age children with separated household registration choose their residence to enroll in school, they should first arrange school-age children whose household registration is consistent with their actual residence, and then make overall arrangements for school-age children with separated household registration according to the actual situation in the region. School-age children with collective household registration in this city are enrolled according to the household registration method, and school-age children with low-rent housing household registration in this city are enrolled in the location of low-rent housing.

4. Non-local registered school-age children who meet the conditions of study will be arranged to attend compulsory education schools as a whole, and children who hold the "Shanghai Residence Permit" and meet the standards will be given priority.

(3) Information registration

From June 4th to June19th, parents of school-age children in this district can register their children's enrollment information through kindergartens. Parents of school-age children who have not entered the kindergarten can log on to the website of the Admission Examination Center of Xuhui District Education Bureau (website:/) at the specified time to inquire about the relevant procedures of the 2022 Xuhui District Primary School Admission Notice, register their children's enrollment information, and receive the Registration Form of Shanghai Primary School Enrollment Information and the Admission Notice.

(4) Registration verification

1. Parents of school-age children who meet the admission requirements must register in the compulsory education entrance column of "One Netcom Office" website (shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn) or "Shanghai Compulsory Education Admission Registration System" (shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn). The registration time for public primary schools is from June 22nd to June 26th.

2. July 4th-July 10 is the first batch of verification days for public primary schools in the city; July 25-July 26 is the second batch of verification days for public primary schools in the city. The registration verification point checks the documents of school-age children and parents who have completed the registration of public primary schools. The electronic certificate in the website of "With the Bid Citizen Cloud" or "One Netcom Office" has the same effect as the paper certificate.

(1) For school-age children registered in this city, parents must provide their children's household registration book, birth certificate, real estate license and Shanghai primary school enrollment information registration form. (2) For school-age children registered in other provinces and cities, parents must provide their children's household registration book, birth certificate and Shanghai primary school enrollment information registration form. In addition, according to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Forwarding the Opinions of the Municipal Education Commission and other four departments on the Children of Migrant Workers Studying in Schools of All Levels and Types in Shanghai (No.5 of Shanghai Government Regulation [2018]), the residence permit or residence registration certificate of school-age children and the residence permit of one parent within the validity period must be provided, and they must participate in social insurance for employees in this city for six months within one year (2002/KLOC). Affected by the epidemic this year, the relevant conditions for children of people coming to Shanghai to enter school will be moderately relaxed.

The residential address on the legal residence certificate (including residence registration certificate) of school-age children who meet the admission requirements must be consistent with the residential address on the residence permit held by their parents, and the residential address on the property certificate of the self-purchased house in this district or the residential address on the Notice of Registration and Filing of Shanghai Residential Housing Lease Contract.

Each registration verification point verifies the documents provided by parents of school-age children, and compares the information of parents of school-age children participating in social insurance and flexible employment registration certificates in this city through the information system.

(3) For school-age children from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners, parents must provide identification (residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents in People's Republic of China (PRC) or travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, residence permit for Taiwan Province residents in People's Republic of China (PRC) or mainland permit for Taiwan Province residents, foreign passport), birth certificate, registration form of Shanghai primary school enrollment information, legal guardian identity certificate (same as above) and registration form of overseas personnel accommodation.
