According to the Basic Teaching Norms for Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province (Lufa [2015] No.6) and the Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Winter Vacation Arrangement for Primary and Secondary Schools in 20021year, in order to strengthen social supervision and promptly correct the irregular school-running behavior of primary and secondary schools, the telephone number and email address for reporting and standardizing school-running behavior are now open to the public.

During the winter vacation, if it is found that the education administrative department and the school illegally organize students to take classes collectively, make up lessons or study in the school, and participate in and organize students to participate in various counseling training classes, the school will jointly or lease the school building to social forces to run counseling classes and training classes, which can be reflected to the municipal education administrative department or the provincial education department.
