The main campus is located in Chashan Higher Education Park, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, with a total area of 1 0,058.2 mu. It has a dormitory with nearly 2000 beds and perfect teaching facilities, including teaching buildings, laboratories, gymnasiums and libraries. It is an important teaching center and student living place of Wenzhou Institute of Technology.

Nanhu Campus is located at No.325 Yongjia Road, ouhai district, Wenzhou, with a total area of 486.4 mu. There are hundreds of undergraduate and professional programs, including art and design college, medical college, foreign language college, intelligent manufacturing engineering college, humanities and social sciences college, and international education college. There are many high-tech enterprises on campus, which provide students with high-quality internship and employment opportunities.
