In order to fully implement the national decision-making and deployment of the "double reduction" work, promote the implementation of the "double reduction" work in the province, further improve the education management service level of primary and secondary schools, standardize the school-running behavior of off-campus training institutions, and give full play to the role of social supervision, the Hainan Provincial Department of Education announced to the public the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the "double reduction" work of the Provincial Department of Education and the education bureaus of cities and counties.

The Provincial Department of Education reminds that teachers, students, parents and people from all walks of life are welcome to report the following problems existing in schools and off-campus training institutions:

Primary and secondary schools do not implement the "five haves" management requirements for mobile phones, homework, sleep, reading materials and physique, and the after-school services are not standardized. They use national statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations to organize collective remedial classes and other irregular school-running behaviors.
