Recently, I have carefully studied the relevant materials of warning education activities, watched the documentary about Ren Changxia's advanced deeds and the road to corruption in Wang Huaizhong, and received profound education from both positive and negative aspects. I feel that some leading cadres of the Party have relaxed their demands on themselves, lost their political beliefs, and regarded the rights granted by the Party and the people as tools for their own personal gain, which has caused very serious problems to economic and social development, people's interests, strengthening the Party's self-construction and consolidating the Party's ruling ability. It is indeed necessary to carry out warning education activities in this period, which meets the requirements of people's hospitals. Seeing the sage Si Qi, I woke up from ignorance. I made a serious investigation on my own ideological and work deficiencies, and made clear the direction of my future efforts in view of the existing deficiencies. Disadvantages mainly include:

First, in terms of ideological style:

1, theoretical study is not deep enough. Insufficient understanding of the urgency of arming the mind with theory, insufficient attention to theoretical study, insufficient consciousness, enthusiasm and initiative in learning, and lack of extensive and in-depth theoretical study. I didn't study theory deeply, and I didn't try to master Deng Xiaoping Theory's scientific system. Lack of "squeezing" strength and "drilling" strength, a little taste of theoretical study, not asking for a solution. The integration of theory with practice is not enough, learning is out of touch with practice, the consciousness of applying theory to guide practice is not strong, and the connection between theory and practice is not close. Analyze problems, solve problems, guide work and improve work level with Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method.

2. Ideals and beliefs have faded. I don't know enough about the long-term, complex and arduous nature of realizing the lofty ideal of communism, and I don't know enough about studying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and my ideals and beliefs are relatively diluted. Political acumen and political discrimination are not strong, and the ability to analyze problems from a dialectical point of view needs to be improved. There is not enough criticism and resistance to "slim communism" and money worship, hedonism, individualism and decadent ideas in the asset stage.

Second, in terms of work style.

1. Insufficient business knowledge. In recent years, although I have completed the study of business knowledge and learned some related knowledge in my spare time, my theoretical knowledge and professional level have not yet reached the requirements of practical work.

2. Afraid of difficulties at work. Faced with work pressure, I sometimes feel lack of confidence, unable to find a breakthrough to solve problems and difficulties, and have a fear of difficulties.

3, working methods can't keep up with the requirements of the times. First, organizational ability and management ability need to be further improved, and there is a lack of communication with people when organizing various activities. Second, the ability of work coordination needs to be improved, and some work involving other departments is not actively coordinated. Third, the artistry of the work is not enough. Sometimes the starting point of ideological work is not accurate, sometimes the method of criticizing people is too simple and the effect is not obvious, and sometimes things are not calm enough and appear immature.

Third, in terms of discipline.

1, insufficient implementation of work discipline. Sometimes the enforcement system is not strict enough. Sometimes, due to disrespect, we don't criticize the problems in our work boldly, and the punishment for various violations is not strong.

2. There is a slight lack of honesty and self-discipline. The awareness of preventing micro-duration is not strong enough, the self-demand is not high, and some minor problems are relaxed. Sometimes the relationship between comrades will be vulgarized because of work contact, banquets or accepting banquets.

In view of the existing shortcomings, I have made clear the following efforts:

First, study hard. At present, there are many opportunities for institutional learning, and the key is to work hard on real learning. Study hard from Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and use dialectical methods to understand, analyze and solve problems; Diligently study political theory knowledge, strengthen party spirit cultivation and world outlook transformation, and combine party spirit cultivation with perfect personality cultivation; Diligently learn new knowledge in economy, science and technology, law and culture, keep pace with the times, and adapt to the requirements of rapid development, fierce competition and ever-changing new situation.

Second, we must work hard. We should be down-to-earth, work hard, constantly expand the field of work, enrich the work content, improve the working methods, improve the working mechanism, constantly study and explore new ways and methods of our own work, actively put forward ideas for practical difficulties, think of ways around the needs of cadres and the masses, and strive to improve the pertinence of our work.

Third, we must strictly abide by the discipline of financial work. Handle affairs fairly, according to the rules, do not make changes, do not follow the form, dare to uphold the truth, and resolutely fight against all kinds of bad styles.
