4. Reissue process:
(1) Students submit their applications and pay fees at the New Sun Student Center 106. 40 yuan was reissued for the first time.
(2) Make a new student ID card on site, post photos, and post the magnetic stripe of the train discount card for international students.
(3) The Academic Affairs Office issues a seal, and students hold the seal to Room 320 of Yanyuan Building to affix their student ID cards.
(4) The registration stamp of the student ID card registration semester can be supplemented at the Academic Affairs Office of the College when registering in the next semester. If students are in urgent need, they can make up the cover immediately after reissue.

Instructions for reissue of student ID card:
1. Students who have lost their student ID cards, and those who have found their original ID cards after replacement, should immediately return their original ID cards to the Academic Affairs Office for cancellation. Students are not allowed to hold more than one student ID card at the same time.
