Mr. Wang Hui: Born in June, 1960, China nationality, without permanent residency abroad, Ph.D., professor. Member of Electrical Automation Committee of China Institute of Automation, Electronic Control System and Devices Committee of China Institute of Electrician, Industrial Control Computer Committee of China Computer Federation, Executive Director of Hunan Institute of Automation, Director of Hunan Institute of Electrician, and Member of Printing Technology Working Committee of China Printing and Equipment Industry Association. In 2004 and 2009, he won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2003, the second prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2002 and 2007, the second prize of Ministry of Education in 2004 and 20/0/4, and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award in 2002 and 2004. 1982, has been working in Hunan university. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Hunan University, and has been an independent director of the company since June 20 16.
