1, straighten your mind. Interview is a test of candidates' comprehensive ability, and their mentality is also a part of the exam.
2. Write your own lesson plans (the most important). First, make clear what the lesson plan is and what links it includes (the big links should be clear and definite). When practicing at ordinary times, write out the general framework first, and then fill it in slowly. There are many common templates on the Internet. Try to talk about skills and learn skills, but you should be able to distinguish which ones are suitable for you.
3. Be familiar with the text, read the textbook (prepare early) and recite the key points. Take out an article casually, have your own ideas, analyze the text, and master the teaching rules of different topics, such as novels, designing lesson plans, grasping the plot, characters, themes and so on.
4. After writing the lesson plans, you can refer to the excellent lesson plans on the Internet, and want to know how you introduced them, where the highlights are (remember not to cover everything), and how to reflect the quality of the subject. Then I revised the lesson plan myself and recommended two lesson preparation websites, Lao Xiaobai, a master of Chinese lesson preparation.
5. Write a lesson plan for a simulated class. Although it is a lifeless trial lecture, students should always be in your heart. Practice by yourself, recording, video recording or practicing in front of the mirror first, and get rid of the small problems you can find. Then practice in front of the instructor and family, or record a lesson and ask the teacher for comments. Pay attention to typhoons, off-script, speech speed, emotional ups and downs (Chinese teachers pay special attention), expressions and gestures when trying to speak. Speak loudly, speak fluently and generously, don't drag your feet, see the judges naturally. Personally, I prefer a capable style. Recommend a free recording software: Himalaya.
6. Basic skills should be solid. Before watching others give lectures, the simple blackboard writing was wrong, which gave people a particularly bad impression. Writing, drawing and reading aloud are all basic skills, and the advantages must be outstanding. Write as little as possible if you can't write well. When writing on the blackboard, you should write carefully one by one, so that the judges can feel your seriousness and intention.
7, optimistic about the class, find inspiration, find inspiration. When you meet your favorite teaching style, imitate it and watch it again and again. During the preparation for the exam, I watched a lot of Chinese special prize classes (thousands of young teachers watched reading and teaching activities), and every sentence of teachers and students was recorded. The lecturer has almost no nonsense in the whole class, and his expression is generally rich. The evaluation language is in place and the transition is clever. I like listening to their classes! There are many free trial videos on the internet, so candidates who have not participated in the interview can watch more.
8. Be good at discovering available curriculum resources. When I looked at the examination room in advance, I found that the crayons and dictionaries on the podium were for trial use.
9. Listen to other people's real interview experience, ask the tutor for advice, and be good at summing up the records. Teachers who have been judges or teachers who have just been admitted are very familiar with the interview process and the evaluation criteria. The old teacher grasped the important and difficult points of the text well and dug deep.
