Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have passed the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in this county shall provide the original and photocopy of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents with a residence permit issued by this Municipality or a pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, valid for 5 years. Where the school is located, the original student ID card with complete registration information shall be submitted.

4. Original academic certificate. Academic information that has been verified by the teacher qualification system shall not be submitted.

(1) Full-time fresh graduates who have not obtained academic certificates at the time of on-site confirmation are required to provide all courses and achievement certificates issued by the education administrative department of their university.

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original and photocopy of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and foreign academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original and photocopy of foreign academic qualifications issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(3) If the certificate information cannot be verified in the teacher qualification system, the China Higher Education Certification Report should also be submitted at the same time (you can apply for the electronic certification report on the China Higher Education Student Information Online and print it yourself), otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted. 5. The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level. If the certificate information has been verified in the teacher qualification certificate system, it may not be submitted. If the information verification is unsuccessful, a copy of the certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level shall be provided.
