Teachers, as designers of students' learning behavior, guides of learning thinking, kindling of students' thinking, companions of students' learning, their own learners and researchers of learning problems, should be able to design problems and classrooms from the perspective of students' development and become educators who truly conform to the times.

Classroom is an important field for teachers and students to develop together. Students' knowledge acquisition, ability improvement and innovative spirit cultivation will be implemented in the classroom and extended to other fields. Therefore, how to create an effective classroom and improve efficiency is what teachers should implement.
3. Teaching methods, learning methods and evaluation
Based on the inherent requirements of the formation and development of core literacy and the analysis of specific problems and their causes in current teaching practice, the teaching reform from the perspective of core literacy should clearly reflect the integration orientation, typical orientation, activity orientation and personality orientation in teaching objectives, contents, methods and evaluation, and explore and try corresponding operation paths and strategies.
4, scientific research topics and achievements
The political group project "Involvement in Ideological and Political Courses" was successfully concluded this semester, and a new round of project "Analysis of the Implementation Principles of Situational Teaching" was declared. The history group project "the application of inquiry mind map in college entrance examination review" ended successfully last semester.
The literature comprehensive ability test, referred to as "liberal arts comprehensive" or "literature comprehensive" for short, refers to the examination paper composed of politics, history and geography in the college entrance examination, that is, the "3" in the "3+X" test refers to Chinese, mathematics (divided into liberal arts mathematics and science mathematics) and English, and the "X" refers to literature composed of politics, history and geography.
