From the perspective of cultural paradigm of education, we should change cultural cognition, pay attention to the resultant effect of cultural genes that inherit Chinese culture and national culture, and describe the multicultural life picture of minority students' families and society. Promote cultural integration, by strengthening teachers' theoretical knowledge of national culture and strengthening the cultivation of teachers' national folk skills, carefully build the teaching staff of national unity and progress education, speed up the construction of the curriculum system of national unity and progress education, continuously improve the teaching methods of national unity and progress education, and attach great importance to the investment in national unity and progress education.
Finally, to realize the integration of cultural education methods and systems: by expanding social resources, linking the inside and outside of the school, radiating the campus environment and other means, we can create an integrated atmosphere of national unity and progress education resources, jointly develop the paradigm channel of national unity and progress education, create the background color of national students' campus life, and finally realize the reconstruction of campus cultural landscape production space.

The deficiency of this study is that the analysis of the survey results can be further improved, and how to explore the development law and operation law of ethnic unity and progress education in ethnic areas under the pattern of China ethnic community can be better explored, which will well apply the cultural paradigm construction path of highlighting cultural characteristics, transforming cultural cognition, promoting cultural integration and extending cultural fields. It is the proper meaning and fundamental value of China's ethnic education research under the new situation to truly realize the comprehensive recognition of the value orientation of cultural paradigm, the profound description of multicultural life picture, the effective integration of method system and people in culture, the spatial reconstruction of campus cultural landscape production, and comprehensively promote the development and optimization of ethnic unity and progress education in ethnic areas in China.
