Hebei University has no painting major. Hebei University (HBU) is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is a key comprehensive university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province. It is also a first-class university supported by Hebei Province and a pilot university of "Training and Research Center for Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education". It was selected into the comprehensive strength improvement project of universities in the central and western regions, the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions, the education and training plan for outstanding engineers, the education and training plan for outstanding legal talents, the national innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for college students, and the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. 2. Adult education is a major undergraduate course. Four ways, including self-study, adult college entrance examination (amateur, correspondence), distance education (network education) and open education of RTVU.
