Aihui History Exhibition Hall is located in the former site of Aihui New Town, the seat of the first Heilongjiang general yamen in Qing Dynasty, and the signing place of the Sino-Russian Aihui Treaty in 1858. The site is now a national key cultural relics protection unit. Aihui History Exhibition Hall is the only special site museum in China that comprehensively reflects the history of Sino-Russian relations with the East. Aihui History Exhibition Hall is one of the first 100 demonstration bases of patriotism education in China and one of the top ten fine museums in China. Listed in the list of national key museums, it is a provincial patriotism and national defense education base, a youth patriotism education base in Heilongjiang Province, and a national AAA-level tourist attraction (spot). It is a hot spot of tourism, leisure and patriotism education in Heihe and Heilongjiang provinces.
