Over the past three years, more than 5,000 bilingual talents have been trained. Send experts to Sichuan Tibetan School, Ganzi Vocational School and Ganzi Civilian Cadre School to hold special lectures, and actively promote the cultivation of ethnic cadres and bilingual talents.
