The time (local time) is the same in two places with the same longitude and different latitudes.
Or: the time on the same meridian is the same. Because, due to the rotation of the earth, the noon sun can be seen everywhere on the same meridian at the same time. The local time is noon 12 when the sun is the highest in the local day, and the sun is the highest in all parts of the same meridian at the same time.
So only two places with the same longitude and different latitudes have the same time.
At two points with the same latitude, the time in the east (local time) is earlier than that in the west.
