Each student comes from a different family and has different personality characteristics. How to integrate them into the collective, let them feel the value of their existence and realize that they are an indispensable part of the collective is very important. As teachers, we should give correct guidance, let students know themselves, and at the same time enhance their sense of identity with the group and feel the importance of being a member of the group. Let students correctly understand the relationship between themselves and the collective, and realize that the honor of the class collective depends on the conscious maintenance and co-creation of all members of the class collective. Let each student understand that a group activity is incomplete without their own participation; Collective honor depends on everyone's joint creation. No matter how capable an individual is, he will accomplish nothing without the collective. Just like the protagonist's performance on the stage, without the cooperation of supporting actors, bands and stage staff, the expected effect can not be achieved. Without the cooperation of the first pass, the second pass and the secondary attack, the main attacker on the volleyball court can't play beautiful balls ... thus prompting students to consciously integrate into the group. In my work, first of all, I instruct students to write a weekly diary, which is a good form for students to educate themselves. It can dissect and analyze itself. Only by analyzing, understanding and evaluating itself can we effectively transform ourselves and achieve the goal of students' self-education. The second is to let students identify themselves and summarize themselves, which is an important means to train students to know themselves correctly, thus to evaluate themselves correctly and educate themselves. In the summary of the students, there are both advantages and disadvantages, as well as the direction of future efforts. While evaluating ourselves, we are also evaluating others. Through this class meeting, the whole class was infected and educated, which not only fully understood and felt the sense of collective honor, but also understood how to do it without losing face and winning glory for the class.

2. Show yourself in time and educate students.

Everyone has the psychological demand of "listening to good words", which is especially important for primary school students. When school started, my eyes were attracted by such a little boy. I always like to look around in class, I don't concentrate, I like to talk after school, I am sloppy when I do eye exercises during recess, and I am deducted from my classmates from time to time. However, he was active in the activity of "a flower at home purifies our classroom" advocated by me, and soon won the consent of his mother and brought a pot of chlorophytum from his home. He always changes the mineral water in his class in time. In the face of such a student, I talked to him several times, and the effect was not obvious. Just when I felt at a loss, the school organized a "parents' committee" activity. I talked to his mother in detail and learned a lot of information: he has a lot of bad behavior at school and can paint for three hours without moving. In order to learn roller skating, he fell down seven or eight times in the heavy snow. So, I looked for opportunities to discuss painting skills with him, so that he could fully show what he had learned. I praised him in time and properly, and also said a lot of problems that should be paid attention to in watercolor painting. He was already very happy when I asked him to bring his paintings to the "Harvest Garden" in his class. I gave him a sense of class collective honor education in time and discussed with him what class collective is; Tell him that this painting can not only win the praise of our classmates, but also get the praise of teachers and classmates in other classes.
