Handan Lingchuang is a public secondary school in Handan, with lower tuition fees and better teaching environment than Handan Information Engineering School. Handan Information Engineering School is a private college, which is not as good as Handan in general.

Handan Lingchuang Secondary Vocational College, located in Handan City, Hebei Province, is one of the first national demonstration vocational colleges. The Ministry of Water Resources and Hebei Province jointly established universities, the second batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the pilot universities in the national construction industry skills training project.
