The so-called "new mechanism" teachers are: the unified recruitment and dispatch in the whole province, the provincial burden of funds, the management of county-level education administrative departments, and the supplementary new mechanism used by rural schools. Rural compulsory teachers, special post teachers and new mechanism teachers can attend classes in the same school. The difference is that different school-running units have the same purpose, all of which are to supplement the shortage of rural teachers.
