1, strengthen health awareness and develop good eye habits.
When studying, I often don't pay attention to eye hygiene and long-term bad reading and writing habits. Are all important factors leading to the development of myopia. Therefore, developing good eye habits is the key to protect eyesight and prevent myopia. For the sake of students' good eye habits, we should first strengthen students' awareness of eye hygiene ideologically.
Give a lecture on vision protection knowledge and teach the first lesson on how to protect vision. In the first week of each semester, two classes are used to educate students on how to protect their eyesight and do eye exercises. Students are strictly required to achieve "three wants, three noes" and "three ones". Read and write correctly; Keep the distance between books and eyes about a city ruler; I watched it for an hour or so and had a rest.
Three don't: don't read or write in direct sunlight or dim light; Don't lie in bed or walk, read while riding; Don't use your eyes forcibly when you are tired. Three ones: keep your eyes one foot away from the book or notebook when writing; A fist near the table hit the chest; Fingers are an inch from the tip of the pen.
Ask students to supervise each other, find that the reading and writing posture is incorrect, remind them in time and correct them in time. After long-term training, most students have developed good eye habits.
2, abide by the system of work and rest, to prevent visual burden.
Students are often used to reading and writing at close range, reading continuously for a long time and overloading their homework, which are all factors leading to myopia. Therefore, it is of great significance to strictly abide by the work and rest system and actively carry out sports. I boldly through the teaching reform, to reduce the burden on students, to ensure that students have enough time to rest, sleep and extracurricular activities, to help their eyes get a full rest.
3. Do eye exercises to eliminate eye muscle fatigue.
Eye exercises are an important part of protecting eyesight. Every student should do eye exercises persistently, with accurate acupoints and correct posture, once every morning and evening without interruption. In the process of doing eye exercises, teachers will supervise and check to ensure that students' eyes can be relaxed in time, improve the blood circulation of eye muscles, eliminate eye muscle fatigue and achieve the effect of preventing myopia.
4. Check your eyesight regularly to effectively protect your eyesight.
Regular examination of eyesight helps to understand the changes of eyesight. Students' eyesight should be checked 1-2 times per period. Seriously analyze the reasons for the decline of freshmen's eyesight and take effective measures to protect their eyesight.
For some students who are nearsighted or don't wear glasses, they think that the more they wear, the deeper they get. Actually, it is not. Because you don't wear glasses, you are more tired to see things, your eyes are more tired, and your vision will continue to decline. At the same time, glasses correct curvature and eyeball, and eyeball deformation will be more serious without glasses.
Therefore, students who have suffered from myopia are required to actively treat or instruct them to wear glasses. Students with high myopia are not allowed to participate in heavy physical labor or strenuous exercise, such as playing basketball and football.
