First, the current weak link in the regularization management of political cadres (1) needs to be strengthened. However, with the development and change of the social situation, some new situations and new problems appear constantly, and some political cadres' awareness of standardized management has not really been taken into account and put into action, mainly in the following aspects: First, the awareness of standardized management has declined. At present, the younger generation of political cadres in government departments and grass-roots units account for a relatively large proportion. They accept new things quickly, and their ability to distinguish right from wrong is relatively weak. There are some problems in varying degrees, such as strong personal consciousness, weak obedience consciousness, too many individual ideas and less overall awareness. Second, there is misunderstanding about standardized management. Some people think that standardized management is administrative work, which has nothing to do with political work, and there is a phenomenon of "separation", and they do not realize the importance of political and ideological work to standardized management of troops; Third, the understanding of the connotation of standardized management is one-sided. Some comrades have a deep understanding of the connotation of regularization. They think that the standardized management of the army is dressing the, with troops marching in an orderly way and goods placed in a unified way. To varying degrees, there is a vague understanding that as long as we hear normalization, we will check the internal hygiene, vigilance and discipline. (B) the concept of standardized management needs to be improved. First of all, the exemplary role of grass-roots political cadres is an important part of successful management. Political cadres are basically branch secretaries of grass-roots units and the core strength of a unit. But now some grass-roots unit leaders do not pay attention to their own image, do not start from themselves, and dare not say "respect me." Instead, we only ask the following people to do well, not ourselves, and the exemplary role is not obvious, which leads to the problems of lax management, lax discipline and loose style of work in the army, which has not been fundamentally solved, and the exemplary role has not really been established, leading to the so-called irregularity. Secondly, the enthusiasm and initiative of officers and men have not been fully exerted and mobilized. If the principal officials at the grass-roots level cannot effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of other cadres and the backbone of the squad leader, then the standardized management at the grass-roots level will be very passive and it will be difficult to implement a lot of work. As a collective, grass-roots units cannot be managed by one person or several people. Every officer and soldier has the spirit of ownership, and the troops have real cohesion and combat effectiveness. (C) Normalization management ability needs to be improved. At present, some practical problems, such as heavy tasks, tight police force and difficulty in centralized education and management, are obstacles that restrict the standardized management of border guards. First, the overloaded workload and high standards of discipline easily make some political cadres lack a sense of identity and belonging to the military profession, the team's thinking is unstable, the cohesion is reduced, the dedication to their posts is weakened, and their work enthusiasm is not high. Second, the ability, level and quality of political cadres are uneven. Some troops have grown up, and some college students have cadres. There is a big gap between management methods and ideological work. Third, there are still some problems that can't be ignored in housing management, such as non-uniform housing settings, irregular daily system compliance, and irregular clothing. The second is the countermeasures to strengthen the weak links in the regularization management of political cadres. Normalization management involves military management education, law enforcement services, supervision and restriction, and is a long-term systematic project. Political cadres should not be bystanders of standardized management, but political and ideological leaders of standardized management of troops. To realize the active integration of political cadres into standardized management, we must work hard from the following aspects. Cadre education and training is one of the important means to improve the quality of cadres and strengthen the "foundation". Third, tap the potential and give full play to the role of political cadres as "five members" of standardized management. Only by adjusting the mental state of officers and men to the best state can the achievements of ideological and political work be effectively transformed into powerful combat effectiveness. At present, a few units and officers and men have a partial and vague understanding of regularization, and they have not really paid attention to it ideologically. Political cadres should seriously study the ideological status quo of the ranks, strengthen communication with officers and men, timely understand and grasp the ideological pulse of officers and men, improve and strengthen ideological and political work according to their ideological reality, solve their ideological problems, and actively guide them to establish correct ideological concepts, work attitudes and work styles. Through flexible and meticulous ideological education, we will guide, protect and give full play to the enthusiasm of the broad masses of officers and men, so that everyone can firmly establish the leading ideology of regularization, fully understand the practical significance of regularization, make the ideology of regularization firmly take root in the minds of officers and men, become conscious actions, make the broad masses of officers and men understand the importance and necessity of regularization from a global and strategic perspective, and earnestly enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility of regularization. (2) Be a "researcher" and play the role of a staff officer. Investigation and research play an important role in staff service in team building, which is of great significance to serving leaders' decision-making and realistic struggle. In the regularization construction, political cadres should give full play to the role of investigation and research, make them better serve the leadership decision-making and regularization construction, and turn the research results into "productive forces" in time. The first is to raise awareness. Focusing on the change of thinking mode and working method, investigation and research should be regarded as the basic work to improve political work ability, promote functional transformation, enhance work effectiveness and predictability, and improve work level, so as to ensure the effectiveness of investigation and research. To improve the quality of officers and men, political cadres must make great efforts to give full play to the role of education and training and be "coaches" effectively. First, we should constantly improve our own quality. (4) Be a good "waiter" and play a cohesive role. Political cadres should play a good role in rallying police force, boosting morale, enhancing team cohesion and fighting capacity, and be good waiters. We should pay attention to the safety of officers and soldiers, love the police, do more things that are beneficial to the police, observe the police situation and understand the police's intentions. First, care about officers and men politically, attach importance to the selection of advanced models, help officers and men make progress, and emphasize performance in promotion, appointment and evaluation. Second, be kind to officers and men emotionally, master their psychological and life needs, relieve their work pressure, eliminate their ideological obstacles and pay attention to their mental health. The third is to understand the actual difficulties of officers and men, expand the preferential treatment space for police officers through regular home visits and the establishment of cards for extremely poor officers and men, and take practical measures to try their best to solve the practical difficulties of police officers and relieve their worries. Fourth, do a good job in safeguarding the rights and interests of officers and men in law enforcement, and support and protect the legitimate rights and interests of officers and men. (5) Be a good "propagandist" and play an inspiring role. Strengthen the selection, education and training of advanced models emerging in the standardized management of troops, so that they can better play the role of guidance, demonstration and encouragement.
