What are the ways of labor education?
1. Cultivate work habits in the daily work of the school

Cleaning on duty is the daily work of the school and the basic way to cultivate children's good working habits such as loving labor and knowing how to work. First, educate students through the theme class meeting, understand that it is every student's responsibility and obligation to actively participate in and do daily work such as cleaning on duty, and establish a sense of labor and responsibility. Secondly, through clear requirements and demonstrations, guide labor skills, such as how to sweep the floor, mop the floor, clean the table, clean the blackboard, how to cooperate with each other among students on duty, what to pay attention to when using labor tools, and how to do safety protection. Let students learn to work. Third, we must ensure that everyone participates in daily work and everyone has a job. The team leader is responsible for the daily work. The team leader is responsible for assigning tasks, organizing and coordinating, supervising and inspecting, handling emergencies and recording daily work. The team leader on duty can take turns to provide exercise opportunities for each student. Fourth, carry out labor appraisal, combine self-evaluation with mutual evaluation, comprehensively evaluate the performance of labor attitude, labor quality, mutual assistance and cooperation, judge the "best students on duty" in the group, judge the "best team on duty" in the group, set a benchmark, guide positively, improve quality consciousness, collective consciousness and cooperation consciousness, and promote the development of students' good labor habits. Fifth, treat labor correctly, don't take labor as punishment, don't reward students with "exemption from labor", don't discriminate against labor in front of students, avoid students from forming the thoughts of contempt, disgust and evasion of labor, truly realize that labor is a glorious and happy thing from the deep heart, and cultivate students' correct labor concept of respecting, loving and enjoying labor from an early age.

2. Do housework and experience life skills.

Housework is a child's life skill and a necessary condition for children to adapt to the future independent life and succeed. The ability and habit of doing housework need to be cultivated from an early age [2]. It is a common phenomenon in China families that learning comes first, wisdom is valued over labor, and housework is done for others. Family is an important place for labor education. We can strive for parents' support and cooperation through home-school communication, so that parents can become guides and helpers for children to do housework, and the home-school alliance can form a joint force of labor education. Everything should be done well in advance, and housework should be planned. According to students' age characteristics and growth laws, homework is set in gradient, and the list of homework for students from grade one to grade six is made respectively. From low to high, the difficulty will gradually increase, thus forming a sequence. Homework can be divided into required and optional. Mandatory items are the basic requirements, and elective items encourage students to take the initiative to undertake more housework. Homework is basically done by students themselves, and parents are responsible for guidance, supervision, inspection and evaluation, and feedback students' work at home through the records of household contact cards. Modern information platform is God's assistant. What housework to do in the near future, specific arrangements and requirements, and what kind of cooperation and guidance parents need to do. Parents can clearly demonstrate, guide and supervise through information interactive platforms such as school website, school newsletter and class WeChat group, and make videos and photos of students' housework, and upload them to WeChat group immediately to watch, comment, cheer and praise each other, further encouraging children to do housework. Hold housework competitions regularly, compare who is a small expert in housework, promote learning by competition, practice by competition, experience labor skills, show labor results, stimulate labor interest, cultivate positive labor feelings, and enable students to do housework voluntarily and voluntarily, so as to truly do their own things and help themselves at home.
