As an audio-visual information technology personnel, in fact, in the unit is a service personnel, because not only to serve the unit, but also to serve the grass-roots schools, do a good job in service and work.
1. Love your job. When any one of us steps into the society and takes up a job, doing our job well has become an eternal theme in our work and life. You can't do everything after you like it, and so can your work. No matter what occupation, position or income, you should love one line and specialize in one line. This is what I have been saying to myself since the beginning of my work, because we may not be able to choose which line to do, but since we have done this line, we must learn to love it, because we will study it carefully because we love it, so that we can do it seriously. That is to love the professional post you are engaged in.
Second, the learning teacher should put learning first and have a good learning spirit. First of all, we should attach importance to the study of political theory and strengthen our own business skills. If we don't study for three years, the emergence of new knowledge, new technology and new information in the information age requires us to learn and master as soon as possible in order to better serve everyone. But every day I go to work to help, so I have less time to study online and search for new information. But I will still use my spare time to study online for a while after dinner every day. What is a flip classroom, how to do large-scale open online courses, what are all kinds of new software used for, and what are the new educational information today? I will learn to watch, not to mention how much I have learned, at least a little, enriching my mind and understanding the latest development of education. I think these should not only be known by contemporary teachers, but also by audio-visual teachers. Because the people who are at the forefront of the information age are information people and audio-visual educators. Only by studying can we enrich our experience, lay a solid foundation for the development of audio-visual education and become an expert in audio-visual education as soon as possible.
Third, treat people sincerely, treat them sincerely, treat them equally, regardless of position and division of labor, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of colleagues in grass-roots schools and units with an open mind. At work, we should try our best to solve practical problems for grass-roots schools and colleagues. But some problems cannot be solved satisfactorily because of our limited personal technical ability, and we feel very guilty. Therefore, we need to strengthen the study and improvement of professional and technical ability and do our best to serve primary schools.
Fourth, to do your job well, we should proceed from reality, start from ourselves, and take the initiative to take responsibility, not shirk it. Only by learning to take responsibility can we do our duty, be conscientious and meticulous in our work, find and solve problems in time, be brave in making suggestions for our work, be brave in realizing innovation in our work, establish correct professional outlook and values, and standardize our behavior in combination with the characteristics of our posts. Since I have chosen this job, I am duty-bound, treat it warmly and concentrate on it. Everything is afraid of the word "serious". Seriously study your work, have a curiosity, try to like him, if not, concentrate on learning and improving, and find the pleasure of work.
5. Dedication in our ordinary job, as long as we do our best to successfully complete the task, do our duty and have a clear conscience about our work, this is a kind of dedication. Drip trickle, merged into a river. We are all members of society. As long as we do our job well, we will contribute our strength to society.
I will overcome my shortcomings, strive to improve myself and do my job well in my post. I dare not say that I will do my best, but I will try my best to do my work better and better.
