CSTP Jingzhiyuan (Zhongguancun) Education Base is a specialized practical training and education institution jointly approved by CSTP three competent units to implement various software talent training projects for Zhongguancun Software Park and high-tech enterprises. It borders Peking University and Tsinghua University in the north, China Renmin University and Beijing Institute of Technology in the south, and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications in the east. It is an educational base established in the core area of Zhongguancun with the approval of China Software Vocational Education Management Office. At the same time, the base is surrounded by famous IT and software enterprises from China and even the whole world, which is located in the region with the most concentrated scientific and technological intelligence and high-tech enterprises in the world, with a strong academic and technological atmosphere. It is the most ideal place for IT people to study and work. CSTP is the only national software professional training project implemented by the government in China. With the cooperation of China Software Industry Association, Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of Ministry of Science and Technology and China International Talent Exchange Foundation, CSTP undertakes systematic training, short-term training and software talent evaluation for all kinds of middle and senior software talents according to the requirements of CSTP project.

CSTP Beijing Zhiyuan (Zhongguancun) Education Base has a teaching office area of1.200m2, which can accommodate more than 800 people for systematic study and short-term training. At the same time, entrusted by CSTP Vocational Education Management Office, a special software talent evaluation center will be set up, with high-grade decoration and equipment configuration, superior teaching office environment, first-class teachers and software and hardware environment, which will become one of the best software talent education bases in Beijing. Relying on the unique geographical, talent, technology and enterprise agglomeration advantages of Zhongguancun, Beijing, the base provides order training services for software enterprises, and implements the software talent training and service mode of "post demand-targeted enrollment-system training-project training-enterprise employment".
