Shantou University Changjiang School of Journalism and Communication Beijing Center
Founded in August 2002, Beijing Center of Changjiang School of Journalism and Communication of Shantou University is its window and teaching base in Beijing. The aim is to make more effective use of Beijing's resource advantages in terms of teachers, technical equipment, informationization, modernization and internationalization, provide a high-level development platform, and extensively carry out exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign journalism and education circles.

Beijing Teaching Center will establish a media information database to arrange teaching and practice for senior undergraduates and graduate students, as a necessary supplement and extension of teaching and research of Shantou University and Changjiang College of Journalism and Media. At the same time, it also provides consulting and services for the news industry and education circles in Beijing and even the whole country. Cooperate with the teaching and research work of Changjiang School of Journalism and Communication of Shantou University to carry out "media industry research" and "case study"; Organize international high-level academic conferences, summit forums and seminars, and carry out cooperative research on horizontal scientific research projects.

Make use of the existing international teachers to develop and promote a series of advanced news training courses, including: advanced training for TV documentary producers, media management, public health news, corporate strategy communication, etc. Gradually establish the brand of higher vocational training of "Changjiang Institute of Journalism and Communication" to provide first-class training services for domestic journalism education.
