Second. On June 10 and 14, 2023, the "Higher Education Strength Index" was released. The data show that there are great regional differences in the development of global higher education, with the United States outshining others and China leading the second phalanx. The "Higher Education Power Index" was developed by the National College Information Research Association, with data and technical support provided by the Evaluation and Research Center of China Renmin University, the School of Education of China Renmin University and the School of International Education of Beijing Foreign Studies University. This is the world's first index of higher education powers, and it has issued the voice of China in global higher education governance. The research team uses nine key indicators in three dimensions to track the development level of higher education in nearly 170 countries around the world, providing guidance for decision makers and users of transnational higher education services. These three dimensions are world academic centrality index, world science and technology centrality index and world talent centrality index.
