Chen Heqin. 1923 Chen Heqin founded the earliest experimental kindergarten in Nanjing, and 1940 founded Jiangxi Experimental Kindergarten, the first public preschool normal school in China. Mr. Chen Heqin is a famous educator, child psychologist and child education expert in modern China. He is the founder of modern preschool education in China, and is known as "the father of preschool education in China" and "Froebel of China".
