Japanese major:

1. Training requirements:

Students in this major mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of language, literature, history, politics, economy, diplomacy, social culture and so on. They are well-trained in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, master certain scientific research methods, and have professional level, good quality and strong ability in translation, scientific research, teaching and management.

2. Degree examination

Main subjects: foreign languages and literature

Main courses: basic correspondence, advanced correspondence, newspaper reading, audio-visual, oral English, correspondence writing, translation theory and practice, linguistic theory, introduction to linguistics, literary history and reading of major correspondence countries, national conditions of major correspondence countries, etc.

Study time: four years

Degree awarded: Bachelor of Arts

English, Russian and Japanese (regular classes)

Training teachers and other educators engaged in teaching and teaching research in colleges and secondary schools. The knowledge and ability acquired by graduates are similar to the above, and the main subjects, study years and degrees awarded are the same as the above.

Japanese-related exams: TEM4, TEM8, Japanese proficiency test, business Japanese test, etc.
