1. Open the website of Guangzhou Education Bureau.

2. In the navigation bar at the top of the homepage of the website, find the education service option, hover the mouse over this option, and a drop-down menu will pop up.

3. Select academic certificate query in the drop-down menu, and click to enter the query page.

4. On the query page, enter the name, ID number, ID number and other information of the query person as required, and then click the query button.

5. The query results will be displayed in the page, including information such as certificate number, certificate name, date of issuance and certificate status.
