Morality often refers to the lack of public morality, and what people see is the trampling of public morality.

Ten immoral behaviors have been published on the Internet: jumping in line, spitting, making loud noises in public, talking on mobile phones on buses, showing love in public, eating snacks in subways, littering, not giving up your seat to the elderly, scribbling and jumping over guardrails.

Almost all people in China are people who trample on public morality.

It's very common in China and won't attract people's attention. In foreign countries, foreigners write all kinds of warnings in simplified Chinese characters, aiming at the uncivilized (immoral) behavior of Chinese mainland people.
