I. Main responsibilities

(seven) responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education at all levels in the county; To guide the education and teaching reform in schools of all levels and types; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information in the county.

(eight) to guide the county's education and personnel system reform; Supervision and Management Bureau belongs to schools, bureaus and institutions, and recommends, inspects, assesses, appoints and dismisses its leading cadres; Recommend leading cadres of county-run high schools.

Internal organization:

(1) office.

Responsible for handling the daily affairs of the county education leading group office. Lead the organization to investigate and study the matters formulated by the county education leading group; Coordinate and supervise the implementation of matters, work arrangements and requirements decided by the county education leading group and office.

To be responsible for the personnel work of cadres of bureaus and affiliated institutions, and guide the personnel work of schools affiliated to the Education Bureau; Responsible for the establishment of the bureau and its affiliated institutions; Lead the county's educational talents to aid Xinjiang and Tibet.

Responsible for the financial and internal audit work of organs and affiliated institutions. Draw up the county's education development plan and undertake the management system reform of secondary vocational schools, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; Responsible for the examination and approval of secondary vocational schools, the establishment, cancellation, renaming and adjustment of secondary vocational schools; To undertake the statistics and analysis of basic education information; Guide the education system to help the poor.

Undertake the macro-management of basic education, formulate policies to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education, and formulate policies for the development of ordinary high school education and special education; Put forward policies and measures to strengthen rural compulsory education in conjunction with relevant parties; Responsible for standardizing the behavior of running schools in primary and secondary schools; Take the lead in the management of teaching materials and plan the teaching materials and teaching AIDS of local courses in primary and secondary schools.
