I. Main responsibilities

(six) to formulate the principles, policies and plans for the reform and development of education in the county, and organize the implementation of educational laws, regulations, principles and policies; Drafting educational normative documents and supervising their implementation; Organize and carry out educational administrative law enforcement.

(seven) responsible for the overall planning and coordinated management of all kinds of education at all levels in the county; To guide the education and teaching reform in schools of all levels and types; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information in the county.

(eight) to guide the county's education and personnel system reform; Supervision and Management Bureau belongs to schools, bureaus and institutions, and recommends, inspects, assesses, appoints and dismisses its leading cadres; Recommend leading cadres of county-run high schools.

Internal organization:

(1) office.

Responsible for handling the daily affairs of the county education leading group office. Lead the organization to investigate and study the matters formulated by the county education leading group; Coordinate and supervise the implementation of matters, work arrangements and requirements decided by the county education leading group and office.

(4) educational units.

Undertake the macro-management of basic education, formulate policies to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education, and formulate policies for the development of ordinary high school education and special education; Put forward policies and measures to strengthen rural compulsory education in conjunction with relevant parties; Responsible for standardizing the behavior of running schools in primary and secondary schools; Take the lead in the management of teaching materials and plan the teaching materials and teaching AIDS of local courses in primary and secondary schools.
