Qin Bin, male, born in 1972, is a senior engineer in the Center for Modern Educational Technology and Information of Shenzhen University. 1993 graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Xi Jiaotong University, 1996 obtained a master's degree in radio electronics from Xi Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of China Academy of Sciences, 1999 worked as a design engineer in Guangzhou R&D Center of Nortel Networks. 1999-200 1 Senior Engineer of Shanghai Research Institute of Shenzhen Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., 2001-2002 Chief Engineer of Xi Anshengrui Communication Technology Co., Ltd., transferred to Shenzhen University as a network center engineer and senior engineer in 2002.
