Experience of general education and training in school-based research

From August 25th to 26th, I participated in a two-day school-based general education training for improving the teaching ability of primary schools in Jinjiang. During the training period, experts such as Yang Wenxin, director of training management department of Fujian Institute of Education, Guo Chunfang, vice president of Fujian Institute of Education, Huang Liping, deputy director of research department of Fujian Institute of Education, and Chen, associate professor of liberal arts research department of Fujian Institute of Education, gave special lectures on the growth of famous teachers, Qian Xuesen's problems and innovative education, thinking skills in teaching and scientific research, and moral thinking based on teacher's role orientation. Among them, Dr. Chen's lecture "Moral Thinking Based on Teacher's Role Orientation" left a deep impression on me.

Since ancient times, teachers have taken "preaching, teaching and solving doubts" as their responsibility. However, under the background of the rapid development of information today, this mission has been endowed with more profound significance. Especially in the information age, our inherent education has also been collided. All educators are thinking, what should we leave for the next generation of education? Let them learn what? So, we started the education reform and put forward the concept of quality education. Start thinking constantly: what is quality education? What is the teacher's role orientation? What can we do to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to society?

First of all, the new curriculum emphasizes guiding students to actively participate, be diligent in hands-on and think independently, and cultivating students' abilities of collecting and processing information, analyzing and solving problems, and communicating and cooperating. Therefore, teachers should become students' collaborators, communicators and instructors, and experience the exploration process with students, exchange experiences and share the whole process. The knowledge gained by students' active participation in exploration is more memorable than the knowledge instilled by teachers.

Secondly, teachers should change from curriculum replicators to curriculum integrators. If we only follow the textbook knowledge, it is far from meeting the needs of students now. This requires teachers to integrate textbook knowledge according to the learning situation of local and local students and have the ability to develop school-based educational resources. And we should keep learning and improve ourselves. Just as an excellent science teacher is like an encyclopedia, it is not enough to talk about the knowledge in this book. Every student is a different individual, and you don't know how many "whys" they will have waiting for you. Therefore, in addition to thoroughly understanding the teaching materials, we must constantly "recharge". Only by constantly learning new knowledge and new theories can we adapt to the changing environment and innovate.

In addition, teachers should not only have the basic ability of organizing teaching, but also have the ability of educational research. Teaching may not be difficult for teachers, but how to do scientific research well? Teachers should be good at summarizing education and teaching work in time and forming written materials, finding problems from them and studying them, so as to become "educational researchers".

Only when teachers are innovative and enterprising and guide students with correct words and deeds can students truly adapt to society and have high-quality talents.

Experience of general education and training in school-based research

School-based research and development is a continuous and endless work. As educators with a sense of responsibility, we must discover, study and solve new situations and problems in the management of students' education in a timely manner with high sensitivity and consciousness, master their characteristics, discover their laws, and do a good job dutifully in order to complete our sacred mission. By participating in this two-day school-based general education training, I have a deeper understanding of education. Let me talk about my own school-based research and learning process:

I think every class in this training is carefully prepared by these professors for the cost. The Road to the Growth of Primary School Teachers by Professor Yang Wenxin of Fujian Institute of Education made me realize that a famous teacher should have six qualities: the thickness of thought, the breadth of mind, the breadth of knowledge, the depth of research, the tenacity of pursuit and the effectiveness of guidance. Professor Guo Chunfang's Questions of Qian Xuesen and innovative education made me realize that as teachers, we must attach importance to imparting knowledge, accumulating knowledge and reappearing knowledge, and never neglect ideological training, questioning speculation and guiding innovation. Professor Huang Liping's "Thinking Skills in Teaching and Scientific Research" made me realize that to be good at encouraging the development of students' innovative thinking and to achieve big goals, we might as well start with small requirements; If you want to achieve small goals, you can start with big requirements. Professor Chen's moral education thought based on the teacher's role orientation makes me realize that teachers are members of society, schools, students and themselves.

Through this training and study, I deeply feel that an excellent teacher is both a good teacher and a good learner. Only by constantly learning and absorbing nutrients can he instill knowledge and learning ability into students. After the training, we should strive to improve our education and teaching level, strengthen our professional ability, improve our comprehensive quality, and constantly improve and perfect ourselves in all aspects.
