What education does the directors of the board of directors of private schools implement according to the Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law? ? Members of the board of directors, council or other decision-making bodies of private schools that implement compulsory education shall have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and have representatives appointed by the examination and approval authorities.

? The board of directors, the Council or other decision-making bodies of private schools hold at least 2 meetings every year. Upon the proposal of more than 1/3 members, an interim Council, board of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies may be convened. To discuss the following major issues, it should be agreed by more than two-thirds of the members: (1) change the organizer; (2) the appointment and removal of the principal; (3) Amending the articles of association of the school; (4) Formulating development plans; (five) review the budget and final accounts; (six) to decide on the division, merger and termination of the school; (seven) other major matters stipulated in the articles of association of the school.

According to Article 28 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC), principals of private schools independently exercise their educational, teaching and administrative functions and powers according to law. The establishment plan of the internal organization of private schools is proposed by the principal and submitted to the Council, the board of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies for approval.
