Briefly describe the basic meaning and implementation requirements of the moral education principle of "developing positive factors and overcoming negative factors".
(1) This principle means that in the process of moral education, educators should be good at relying on and carrying forward the positive factors in students' moral character, limiting and overcoming the negative factors, fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and guiding students' ideological and moral progress.

(2) The requirements for implementing this principle are:

① We should comprehensively understand and study students from the viewpoint of dichotomy, and find out positive and negative ideological factors from them.

② We should be good at creating conditions to make positive factors grow healthily, and gradually make positive factors become the leading force among students' ideological factors.

③ We should cultivate students' enterprising spirit, arouse their enthusiasm, consciously carry out internal contradictions and struggles in morality, develop their advantages and overcome their shortcomings.
